1、我国电子商务税收征管问题研究Ourcountryelectroniccommercetaxcollectionproblemresearch摘要电子商务是以商务活动为主体，以计算机网络为基础，以电子化方式为手段，在法律许可范围内所进行的商务活动交易过程。电子商务己经成为经济全球化重要工具，对于在掌握资源配置主动权、提升国家的综合竞争力等方面起着重要的作用。我国在国民经济和社会发展“十二五”规划纲要中明确提出，要积极发展电子商务，加快发展电子商务。这将有利于优化调整我国经济结构，有利于加快进一步融合全球化的步伐，提升国际竞争力。电子商务对后工业吋代经济增长具有强大推动力。随着电子商务快速的

2、发展，电子商务本身具有交易虚拟化、交易网络化、无纸化操作等特点对于现行的税收征管提出了严峻的挑战。针对电子商务税收征管一系列问题，本文对我国电子商务税收征管问题进行了研究。本文阐述了电子商务概念及其对我国税收征管的影响。根据我国电子商务发展的特点，借鉴世界各国的税收征管政策，提出针对我国电子商务如何税收征管和制度建设的政策建议。关键词：电子商务税收征管税收对策AbstractLectroniccommerceisthebusinessactivitiesasthemainbody，onthebasisofcomputernetwork，bymeansofelectronicmeans，i
