1、小儿心肌损害临床分析达州市中丙医结合医院四川达州635000【摘要】目的:对小儿心肌损害的临床特点进行分析,为临床诊治小儿心肌损害提供可供参考的指导意见。方法:选取50例小儿心肌损害患儿作为研究对象,选取自2013年1月~2015年1月。对这50例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性的总结分析,分析小儿心肌损害的临床特点及病因,并对其诊断方法和治疗方法进行研宄。结果:50例患儿的心肌酶的单项或者多项指标均岀现异常增高;有42例患儿的心电图出现单项或者多项异常,其中有36例患者的ST-T波段发生改变;患儿的临床症状以胸闷、心悸、气短、脸色苍白为主。病因方面,由轮状病毒肠炎
2、引发心肌损害的患儿有7例(14%),由肺炎支原体肺炎引发心肌损害的患儿有27例(54%),由流行性腮腺炎引发心肌损害的患儿有8例(16%),由手足口病引发心肌损害的患儿有8例(16%)。治疗2周后,这50例患儿的临床症状均基木消失,心肌酶、心电图各项指标均恢复正常。随访发现,患儿均未出现心律失常或者ST-T波段改变。结论:小儿心肌损害的临床症状以胸闷、心悸、气短、脸色苍白为主,多由病毒、病原体感染引发,临床诊断方法以心肌酶谱检测、心电图监测为主,经对症治疗,可有效治愈。【关键词】小儿;心肌损害;临床分析Abstract:Objective:toanalyze

5、changes;clinicalsymptomsinchildrenwithtightnessinthechest,palpitation,shortnessofbreath,pale.Onthecauseofthedisease,7cases(14%)werecausedbyrotavirusenteritis,27cases(54%)werecausedbypneumoniamycoplasmapneumonia,and8cases(16%)werecausedbytheepidemicofmumps,8cases(16%)werecausedbyhan
6、d,footandmouthdisease.After2weeksoftreatment,theclinicalsymptomsofthe50casesdisappeared,andthemyocardialenzymesandelectrocardiogramshowednormal.Thefollow-upshowedthattherewerenoarrhythmiaorST-Tbandchangesinchildren.Conclusion:theclinicalsymptomsofmyocardialdamageinchildrenwithtight
