7、·················37DC-CIK细胞免疫疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效评价摘要目的:采集自体外周血单个核细胞(Peripheralbloodmononuclearcell,PBMC),经体外分离、诱导培养制备树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DC)与细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(Cytokineinducedkiller,CIK),然后混合培养诱导制备CTL细胞(CytotoxicTlymphocyte,CTL),探讨利用DC-CIK-CTL细胞免疫治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcelllungca

8、ncer,NSCLC)的临床疗效。传统的放化疗手段对恶性肿瘤呈指数性杀伤,但尚需借助机体自身免疫机能来对恶性肿瘤综合疗法实施后残留的微小病变施以抑制和清除。生物免疫
