7、脂饮食过程中兔血清硫脑苷脂与血小板聚集功能关系的探讨摘要目的:动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是当今社会严重威胁人类健康和生命的最普遍的疾病之一,高脂血症是AS的主要危险因素,因此,应重视对高脂血症及AS的研究与防治。有研究表明,血小板对于AS的发生起到重要作用,血小板的活化和聚集促进AS的发展,并与未来的心血管事件密切相关。硫脑苷脂(sulfatides),作为一种鞘糖脂,以脂蛋白的形式存在于血清中。有研究表明,血清硫脑苷脂具有“抗凝血”和“促凝血”的双重作用,并在动脉粥样硬化斑块中积聚。基于此

8、,本研究欲探讨在高脂血症引发动脉粥样硬化的过程中,血清硫脑苷脂与血小板聚集功能的变化以及两者之间的关系和可能作用,从而寻求一种新的途径来监测或者干预动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的进程。方法:普通级健康雄性新西兰大白兔10只,随机分为两组,每组5只。对照组给与持续正常饮食,模型组给与高脂饮食,高脂饲料中含胆固醇0.5%和猪油5%,每只兔子每天限制饮食
