3、developingandutilizinginfoodandfeedresources.Thephenolandfat-removedcottonseedasfewmaterialtoextractcottonseedprotein,usesthemethodofalkaliextractionandacidprecipitation,determiningtheextractionprocessconditionsanddifferentdecolorizationmethods.Andafterstudyingthe

4、thermalstability,waterholdingcapacity,oilabsorptionabilityandotherphysicalandchemicalpropetiesofcottonseedprotein,thealkali-extractionconditionsofthepolysaccharidesincottonseedmealareconfirmed.Theresultsareasfollows:1.Theoptimumconditionsofalkali-extractionofcotto

5、nseedproteinweredeterminedasfollows:thepHwas10,thetemperaturewas50"{2,thesolid-liquidratiowas1:20,thetimeWas90min,thecrushingmeshoftherawmaterialwere100andtheextractiontimeswere2.ChoosingthreemainfactorsincludingpH,temperatureandsolid-liquidratioforresponsesurface
