2、32中文摘要髁突骨折的研究进展摘要髁突是颞下颌关节的重要组成部分，在咀嚼、言语、表情等生理功能中发挥重要作用，其易受外力作用发生骨折，且发病率较高，约占下颌骨骨折的25-35%。髁突骨折按骨折块与关节囊的关系可分为囊内骨折及囊外骨折；按骨折部位可分为髁突头骨折、髁颈骨折及髁突基部骨折；按骨折块是否移位可分为无移位骨折、错动移位骨折、成角移位骨折及重叠移位骨折。髁突骨折的治疗主要有非手术治疗及手术治疗。髁突骨折并发症主要有面神经损伤、颞下颌关节强直、髁突吸收及颌骨畸形等。由于髁突骨折类型多变，患者情况不同，其分类及治疗尚未达成统一定论。本文就髁突骨
