1、AbstractAbstractIntracerebralhemorrhage(ICH)isaseriousdiseasethathashighmortality,disabilityandfatalityratiowithouteffectivetreatment.SoitisstillahotpointtoresearchthetreatmentsofICH.Brainedemaisoneoftheimportantfactorsofitshighmortality.Increasedtheproductionoffreeradicalsisrep

2、ortedtohavecloserelationshipwithbrainedema,andeventurallycausesthedeathofneurons.NervousexcitotoxicityinducedbyEAAscouldcauseacuteorchroniccelldamageandcelldeath.ThedisequilibriumbetweenEAAsandIAAscouldcausebrainhistologiclesion.InflammatoryreactionwasalsodiscoveredinICH,cytokin

3、easanimportantinflammatoryfactor.playsaimportantroleinpathogenesisofICH.Accordingly,tokeepthekineticequilibriumbetweenfreeradicals,EAAsIAAs,andtoinhibitetheoverexpressionofcytokineisadomainwhichwearegoingtoopenuptotreatpathobolismlesionofICH.Rencentlyithasconsiderablecurativeef

4、fecttotreatcerebrovasculardiseasewithbaicalin.It’sreportedthatbaicalinhasmuchbiologicalfunction,suchasprotectingendotheliocyte,togettingridoffreeradicals,decreasingcerebralischemia-inducedneuroninjury,andsoon.However,studyonprotectivemechanismofbaicalinonICHwasseldomreported.Rat

5、modelofintracerebralhemorrhagewasinducedbycollagenasemethod.Theratswererandomlydividedintoshamoperationcontrolgroup,modelgroup,high,middleandlowdosedruggroup.Aftertreatment,toobserveprotectionofbaicalinonICH,thebrainwatercontentandthelevelofSOD,MDA,NOandNOSweremeasured,andthemor

6、phologywasalsoobserved.Atthesametime,thelevelofGluandGABAanditsmetabolicenzyme,GADandGABA-T,weredetermined,andtheexpressionofcytokine,TNF-αandIL-1β,weredetected.Theresultswereasfollowing:IIITheProtectionofBaicalinonBrainfollowingExperimentalIntracerebralHemorrhageinRats1.Thebrai
