1、AbstractAbstractIntracerebralhemorrhage(ICH)isaseriousdiseasethathashighmortality,disabilityandfatalityratiowithouteffectivetreatment.SoitisstillahotpointtoresearchthetreatmentsofICH.Brainedemaisoneoftheimportantfactorsofitshighmortality.Increasedtheproductiono

2、ffreeradicalsisreportedtohavecloserelationshipwithbrainedema,andeventurallycausesthedeathofneurons.NervousexcitotoxicityinducedbyEAAscouldcauseacuteorchroniccelldamageandcelldeath.ThedisequilibriumbetweenEAAsandIAAscouldcausebrainhistologiclesion.Inflammatoryre

3、actionwasalsodiscoveredinICH,cytokineasanimportantinflammatoryfactor.playsaimportantroleinpathogenesisofICH.Accordingly,tokeepthekineticequilibriumbetweenfreeradicals,EAAsIAAs,andtoinhibitetheoverexpressionofcytokineisadomainwhichwearegoingtoopenuptotreatpatho

4、bolismlesionofICH.Rencentlyithasconsiderablecurativeeffecttotreatcerebrovasculardiseasewithbaicalin.It’sreportedthatbaicalinhasmuchbiologicalfunction,suchasprotectingendotheliocyte,togettingridoffreeradicals,decreasingcerebralischemia-inducedneuroninjury,andsoo

5、n.However,studyonprotectivemechanismofbaicalinonICHwasseldomreported.Ratmodelofintracerebralhemorrhagewasinducedbycollagenasemethod.Theratswererandomlydividedintoshamoperationcontrolgroup,modelgroup,high,middleandlowdosedruggroup.Aftertreatment,toobserveprotect

6、ionofbaicalinonICH,thebrainwatercontentandthelevelofSOD,MDA,NOandNOSweremeasured,andthemorphologywasalsoobserved.Atthesametime,thelevelofGluandGABAanditsmetabolicenzyme,GADandGABA-T,weredetermined,andtheexpressionofcytokine,TNF-αandIL-1β,weredetected.Theresults
