1、辽宁科技大学毕业设计（论文）第III页风险投资退出机制问题研究摘要随着世界各国高新技术产业的飞速发展，风险投资逐渐成为经济生活中优化资源配置,带动产业结构转换的重要因素,能否有效地利用风险投资已经成为社会经济发展和企业经营成败的关键。它作为一种投资体系已经广泛引起理论界和产业界的重视。然而，风险投资的退出机制对风险投资的最终成败有着举足轻重的作用，在风险投资中占有十分重要的地位。近年来，我国风险投资事业有了一些实质性的进展，但是与风险投资发展比较成熟的国家相比，仍处于起步阶段，还有许多现实问题需要解决，退出机制问题尤为突出。本文主要是通过对风险投
