1、-科技大学硕士论文ABSTRACTTherearemanycompaniesintroducingERP,but,unfortunately,mostofthemarefailedinimplementingERPsystem.Someprevailingenterprisesconductenterpriseresourcesplanningtoimprovetheircompetitiveness.However,manyenterprisesfailedintheirendeavortoachieveERPsystemsimplementation.There

2、fore,AsuccessfulERPinl0tcmentafionmustbemanagedasaprogramofwide-rangingorganizationalchangeratherthanasoftwareinstallationeffort,thisthesisaimingatexploitingthethinkingprocessandmethodologycontaininginTheoryofConstraintstoconstructasystematicframeworkandimplementationprocedureoftheERPp

3、rojectmanagementasaguidelinetoassistenterprisestoimplementtheirERPsystemsuccessfully。ThesystematicthinkingofTOCemphasizedthatthemaximumoutputwillbedecidedbytheweakestlinkageinanyspecificsystemTheweakestlinkageoranyotherweaklinkageisso-calledthe"constraint"ofthesystem.Inthisresearch,wef

4、urtherputeffortstohowtoidentifyandfindouttheconstraintswithinERPinitiativeplanningthroughguidelinementionedabove,thesystematicframeworkandimplementationprocedureoftheERPproject,andthenmanagingtheseconstraintswithinERPimplementation.Thisresearchchieflyoffersasolutionthatassistacompanyto
