1、对比研究宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术诊治异常子宫出血的临床疗效黑龙江省龙江县龙江镇卫生院161100【摘要】目的：研究分析宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术诊治异常子宫出血的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院2013年10月至2014年10月收治的80例异常子宫出血患者，将患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者釆用宫腔镜下电切术治疗，对照组患者采用宫腔镜卜刮宫治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果，结果：两组患者的病症检出率均在85%以上，检出率对比差异不具有统计学意义，P>；0.05,能够对患者的有效预后提供准确依据，观察组在治疗过程中手术时间稍长，与对
