2、ofconfidence，butinpracticalapplications，itoftencomesupvariousbiggishinconsistency，thentheresultmaycontradictswiththefact．Thiskindofsituation，however，iSdeniedininformationfusion，otherwisewrongdecisioncanbemadeinthiscase。ThislimitationbecomesthemainquestionfortheD—Sevidencetheorytodevelopfurth

3、er．Basedonthis，thepaperputforwardtheresearchonthecombinationruleofD—Sevidencetheorybasedontheopenframediscemment．ThispaperfirststudiesthebasalknowledgeofD—Sevidencetheory，andthenstudiesthecoarseningandsegmentation，contractionandexpansion，basedonthisitputforwardtheconceptionofopenframediscern

4、ment，andthendescribestheknowledgeoftheopenflamediscernment．Secondlyitstudiestheevidences，thusdeterminedthesequenceweightofevidenceincombined，andthenitproposedtheopenflamediscernmentcombinationrulebasedontheevidencedistance．Regardingevidenceconflictsmaycreatesbecausetheexternalinterference，de

5、basestheexternalinterferencebyevidencepretreatment，thenputforwardtheopenframediscernmentcombinationrulebasedontheevidencepretreatment．Itstudiestheevaluationmethodforthecombinationrule，anditalsodevelopsanemulationsystembasedontheopenflamediscernment．Finally,throughsixclassicalabsurditiescompu
