3、natomicalandCTmeasurement.②Thepedicleparametersof10dryupperthoracicspecimensand60patientswerecomparedandstatisticallyanalyzed.③20dryupperthoracicspecimenswereobtainedtostudythepresencerateoftheCrestoftheTransverseProcess.④10dryupperthoracicspecimensweremeasuredandtheanatomicalrelationshipbetweenPCT

4、PMLUASandthevertebralpediclewasassessed.⑤10dryupperthoracicspecimenswereimitativelyimplantedpediclescrewsusingthestartpointofPCTPMLUASandtherelevantparametersweremeasuredandstatisticallyanalyzed.Results:①Thepedicleparametersoftheupperthoracicspineisvariedbetweenmeasurementmethods,theresultsofanatom

5、icalmeasureisslightlierincreasedthantheonesofCTmeasure,andtheydonotdiffersignificantly.ThismeansthepedicleparametersisequivalentbetweenanatomicalmeasurementandCTmeasurement.②ThepresencerateoftheCrestoftheTransverseProcessis100%intheupperthoracicspineandonlythedistinctlevelofformisdifferentbutisiden

6、tifiedeasily.③ThepercentagebetweenthedistancesfromtheCrestoftheTransverseprocesstosuperior,inferiormarginofvertebralpedicleandthepedicleheightandtheonebetweentheMid-verticalLineoftheUpperArticularSurfacetothelateral,themedialmarginofthevertebralpedicleandthepediclewidthisconstant,theformervaryfrom4

7、4.74%to44.95%andthelatterfrom45.24%to45.90%.④PCTPMLUASisclosedtosuperiorandmedialmarginofvertebralpediclethanthecentralaxisofthepedicle,soEangleandpediclechannellengthslightlydecreasesandFangleslightlyincre
