1、AbstractObjective:Toexploretherelationshipbetweenultrasonographiccharacteristics,mammographicfeaturesandexpressionofER,PRandHer-2inbreastductalcarcinomainsitu(DCIS).Methods:Theclinical,pathological,ultrasonographic,Mammographicdataof49casesofDCISfromJanuary2010toJune2014intheFirstAffiliatedHospit
2、alofShiheziUniversityofXinjiangProvincewereretrospectivelyanalyzed.χ2testwasusedtodetectthecorrelationamongage,ultrasonographiccharacteristics,mammographicfeatureswiththeexpressionofER,PRandHer-2.Fisher’sexacttestwasusedtodetectthecorrelationbetweenthediameterofmassandtheexpressionofER,PRandHER-2
3、.Results:1.Thesonographiccharacteristicswerenon-massgroupin17cases(34.69%,17/49),whichincludedpartialdenseglandsandarchitecturedisorderin3cases(6.12%,3/49),simplydilatedductsin4cases(8.16%,
4/49),dilatedductswithlow-weakechoin1case(2.04%,1/49),andnospecificfeaturesin9cases(18.37%,9/49).Thesonogra
4、phiccharacteristicsweremassgroupin32cases(65.31%,32/49),whichincludedlumpsin11cases(22.45%,11/49),lumpswithcalcificationin18cases(36.73%,18/49),dilatedductswithcystic-solidnoduleintheendin3cases（6.12%,3/49）.ER,PRandHer-2positiveratewere81.25%(26/32),87.50%(28/32),68.76%(22/32)respectivelyinsonogr
5、aphicmassgroupofDCIS.ERandPRpositiveratewereboth8/17.Her-2positiveratewas10/17in
sonographicnon-massgroupofDCIS.ERandPRpositiverateofDCISinsonographicmassgroupweresignificantlyhigherthaninsonographicnon-massgroup.ERandPRpositiverateofthetwogroupswerebothstatisticallysignificant,andtherewassignifi
6、cantlydifferent(χ2=6.110,P＝0.013;χ2=7.356,P＝0.7).WhiletherewasnotstatisticallydifferentinHer-2positiverateofthetwogroups(χ2=0.483,P=0.487).2.Themammographicfeatureswerecalcificationgroupin33cases(33/49,67.34%),whichincludedlocalasymmetricdenseglandwithcalcificationin4cases(4/49,8.16%),noduleswith
