1、万方数据摘要石油化工是国民经济的支柱产业之一，占据了国民经济中的重要地位，当前我国石化行业正处迅速发展期，最近这几年，我们国家石油企业重大安全生产事故时常会有发生，这说明石化行业管理还不完善，风险未得到有效控制。本文以辽河油田GC采油厂为例，从人、机、环境的角度对其在安全生产和安全管理中存在的危险因素进行分析。采用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价法对整个采油厂的安全生产管理现状进行评价。在指标确定上应用层次分析法，将整个采油厂分为人、管理、设备、环境四个方面进行分析。为保证结果的准确性与全面性，在模糊综合评价中加入熵权法对结果进行验证。并根据评价结果，从技术、组织和管理方面提出
