5、ishingsupervisionmanagementevaluationsystemandriskmonitoringmechanism,constitutinginteriorprocedureontakingsupervisioncompulsionmeasuresandsettingupsupervisionresponsibilitysystem,whichareemergencyproblemsneededtoberesolvedbybanksupervision.Thispaper’smainnovelisth
6、at:thispaperestablishesoneplurallinearregressionmodeltosystematicallyresearchthedifferenceofbankregulationsystems,between39countriesintheworldandtheinfluenceofthemonthebanks'competencypower.Wewanttousethismodeltotestvarioustheoriesonbankregulationandseektherelative
7、lyoptimumsupervisorysystem.So,weestablishoneplurallinearregressionmodel,withBCPasthedependentvariable,with10variablesreflectingthedifferencesofcross-countrybankregulationsystemasindependentvariables.Weusethismodeltosystematicallyanalyzetheinfluencesofeachindependen
