3、nization‟ssustainablecompetitiveadvantage.Meanwhile,thenetwork-basedviewofthefirmholdsthatthenetworkfirmembeddediscriticalplatformfortransferringrelativeresourcesandknowledge.Thushowtobuilduptiesinrelationalnetworkandhowtomanageandmaintaintheserelationshipand
4、howtoimprovefirms‟absorptivecapacity,further,promotethetransferofknowledgeacrossboundary,hasbecomeamostimportantissueforafirmwhostruggletoimprovecompetitiveadvantage.However,althoughtheexistingresearchhasoutlinedthecharacteristicsofnetworkresourcesandthecompe
5、titiveadvantagestheybrought,thereisaparadoxaboutmechanismofhowafirm‟sguanxiembeddednessinfluencethetransferofknowledge,especiallytacitknowledge.Aroundtheaboveissues,thispaperaimstoanswerthebasicquestionof“howguanxiembeddednessinfluencesinter-firmknowledgetran
