1、提要目的：观察并客观评价按压一组特定耳穴，对农村社区高血压人群和正常高值人群，能否起到有效的防治效果；观察人们对这种干预手段是否具有较好的依从性，为耳穴压豆，能否在农村社区长期应用或推广提供参考；为耳穴压豆治疗高血压研究提供客观的数据等。方法：根据研究对象纳入标准，从西李村高血压人群（含正常高值人群）中，随机抽取60名作为试验组；从孙来仪村高血压人群（含正常高值人群）中，随机抽取50名作为对照组。试验组给予耳穴压豆干预，对照组做空白对照，共干预4周。观察干预前后两组人群血压和中医症候等变化，观察试验组耳穴压豆依从性和安全性。结果：干预后，试验组
