1、厂J7j??毡●歹^—●-_-l'东北大学硕士学位论文摘要大东供电分公司线损管理研究摘要线损是供电企业一项重要的经营指标，是企业管理的关键环节之一，线损的高低，线损管理是否到位，不仅直接影响着企业的经济效益，而且也在一定程度上说明了一个供电企业的管理水平。随着电力体制改革的进一步深化，市场竞争日趋激烈，供电企业的经营难度不断加大，利润空间也愈来愈小，在这种严峻的形势面前，紧紧抓住线损管理不放松，深挖内部潜力，向管理要效益，向线损要效益。搞好线损管理，是提高供电企业经营收入，实现多供少损、节能降耗的重要手段。电力网线损分析包括理论线损计算结果分析、技术降损分析、管理降损分析三

2、部分。本文运用技术经济的相关理论，通过对大东供电分公司现状的分析，研究理论计算的开展，结合技术、管理降损措施的实施以及存在的不足，为今后大东供电分公司降损工作的进行分别从不同的角度提出规划，即在技术降损上组建一条具有时代性、方向性、可操作性、可比性、科技含量高，充满活力的现代化、标准化供电线路；在管理降损上推行线损分线、分台区管理，从根本上摒弃了线损的粗放管理，建立三级考核机制，按月考核、逐月兑现，有奖有罚、奖罚分明。以科学的管理方式调动起员工管理降损的积极性。关键词：线损理论线损管理线损降损-II-■，ht■L■■■ll卜-I，．·4乜厂l0^—●l_J’东北大学硕士学位
