2、%七氟醚组(S2组)、5.1%七氟醚组(S3组),每组6孔。C组通入95%02.5%C02混合气体,S1、S2、S3组分别用1.7%、3.4%、5.1%七氟醚处理2、4、6h后,再培养24h。分别于处理后2(T1)、4(T2)、6h(T3)取A549细胞,再培养24h后,检测细胞的粘附抑制率,应用RT-PCR和细胞免疫化学检测CD24、CD44v6粘附分子mI斟A和蛋白表达水平的变化。结果与C组比较,S1、S2、S3组三组人肺癌细胞株A549粘附率及CD24、CD44v6表达水平降低,差别有统计学意
