一、设计概况1、选题背景武汉某宾馆位于武汉市XX路,为一座按三星级标准设计的宾馆。该宾馆建筑面积约6200m2,地下一层,地上九层,地面建筑高度30.6m,地下室深4.2m。地下室主要为设备机房,锅炉房,给排水专业设备间,配电间等。一、二层为餐厅、大堂和休息厅,三到九层为标准客房。本设计将为该宾馆设计一套中央空调系统,夏季供冷,冬季供热。2、方案论证大堂、餐厅、休息厅采用低速全空气系统,设备简单,初投资较省,维修简便;为防止菜肴味道进入大堂、休息厅,同时考虑到运行时间问题,餐厅应与大堂、休息厅分开设置独立的空调系统。中庭利用风机盘管处理回风,新风由大堂渗透提供。地上一层层高较高,采用顶棚散流器平送,二层层高较低,采用侧送风,二级吊顶。考虑到客房的使用率,防止能源浪费,标准客房层采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,当某房间没人时,可单独关闭该房间的风机盘管系统。空调水系统为一次泵定水量系统,双管制,闭式循环。水系统分为两个环路,一、二层为一环,标准层为二环,均为同程式系统。采用闭式循环的优点有:管道与设备不易腐蚀;不需为提升高度的静水压力,循环水泵压力低,从而水泵功率小;由于没有贮水箱,不需重水回水,回水不需另设水泵等,因而投资省,系统简单。定水量系统简单,不需要变水量定压控制。同程式各管段阻力损失接近相等,管网阻力不需要调节即可平衡。空调系统的冷热源选用直燃溴化锂吸收式冷温水机组,因为溴化锂吸收式制冷机能适应各种热源,是一种节能产品,用吸收式制冷机的系统,耗电量较小,仅为离心式制冷机1/5左右。直燃式溴化锂吸收式制冷机集锅炉和制冷机于一体,具有体积小,结构紧凑等优点。所以,综合考虑,选用直燃溴化锂吸收式制冷机较为合理。二、设计参数和冷、热负荷计算1、武汉市室外空调设计参数台站位置:北纬30˚37΄,东经114˚08΄,海拔23.3m夏季空调温度:35.2℃夏季空调室外计算湿球温度:28.2℃冬季空调温度:—5℃2、室内空调主要设计参数室内温度/℃相对湿度/℅新风量/m3/(h·人)夏冬夏冬中餐厅261865—5550—4020西餐厅261865—5550—4020大堂271665—5050—4010休息厅271665—5050—4018客房262065—5050—4030中庭271665—5050—401869
