2、廖氏推拿咳嗽方治疗,J,JhJ,I-感咳嗽的临床疗效。客观评价推拿治疗,J,JhJ'l"感咳嗽的疗效，以探讨一种切实有效、便于推广的推拿处方。【方法】以外感咳嗽小儿为研究对象，采用前瞻性对照的研究方案，将60例患儿随机分为中药组和中药加推拿组各30例。分风寒袭肺证和风热犯肺证，中药组分别用金沸草散和桑菊饮加减治疗；中药加推拿组在中药基础上加用廖氏小儿推拿咳嗽方治疗。选取咳嗽、咯痰、鼻塞流涕、咽痒等4个中医症状及咽部体征作为本研究的观察指标，制定治疗前后症状及体征综合评分标准，观察两组临床疗效、治
