4、dthefeaturesofit.Fromthepointofviewoftheoryofrelevancy,theauthorhasalsoexploredtheinterrelationshipbetweencognitivecontextandlegalterminologytranslationstrategiesandhasrevealedthatcognitivecontextplaysapositiveroleintheconcretetranslationstrategiessuchasl

5、iteraltranslation,freetranslationandmeaningcompensationintranslation.Atranslatormustsurmountthedifferenceexistingincognitivecontext,makinganactivecommunicationtobridgethegapbetweenbothlanguagesandcultures.Consequently,heorshecanovercomethebarriersoftransm

6、ittingtheinformationandachievetheoptimalrendition.Translationisnotonlytransferenceoflanguages,butalsoatransmissionofcognitiveinformation.Thetaskforatranslatoristoremovetheobstaclesofthecognitiveexchangeappearingintwolanguages.Forthatreason,itisnecessaryfo
