1、西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文氧化铝纤维—氧化铝复合材料的制备与研究专业:材料学硕士生:马立建指导教师:蒋明学教授摘要本文阐述了纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的发展历史、研究现状、增强原理及其应用前景。研究了制备氧化铝纤维—氧化铝复合材料的工艺参数和影响因素。本试验采用高纯氧化铝微粉(>99.0%)和多晶氧化铝纤维为原料,分别加入硫酸铝和聚丙烯酞胺作结合剂和分散剂,经混合、分散、压力成型及在1200`C,13501C,14000C,1500℃、1550℃下无压烧成制得氧化铝纤维—氧化铝复合材料。测试烧后试样的常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度、体积密度、气孔率,并
2、借助于光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及X射线衍射图象对复合材料微观结构进行了分析,探讨了复合材料中纤维的分散方法、纤维的损伤机理、纤维增强A120,复合材料的增强机理和及制备特性。实验结果表明,烧成温度和纤维含量对复合材料的耐压强度、抗折强度、体积密度和气孔率影响较大。在同一烧成温度下,氧化铝纤维含量为10%时,复合材料的气孔率最低,体积密度最大,耐压强度和抗折强度最高;烧成温度在1550℃时,复合材料的耐压强度最高,达到332.78MPa,在1500℃时,复合材料的抗折强度最高,达到44.04MPao氧化铝纤维含量为10%和30%的试样增强机理不同,含
3、量为10%时,复合材料以基质密实度高、纤维拔出效应增强为主;氧化铝纤维含量为30%时,复合材料以纤维拔出、断裂、桥联效应增强为主。当纤维含量为50%时,在1500℃下烧成,其抗折强度达到26.11MPa,耐压强度达到79.30MPa,该复合材料可用作轻质保温材料。在复合材料制备之中,加入聚丙烯酞胺作分散剂,能较好地使纤维分散于基体中。关键词:氧化铝纤维氧化铝微粉复合材料制备及特性论文类型:应用基础西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文FabricationandStudiesofAluminaFiber-AluminaCompositesSpecialty
