1、提要目的:研究评价PFNA对股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果，总结经验，以提高临床对此手术方法的认识程度。方法：选取2010年10月至2011年10月山东中医药大学附属医院骨1科住院病例27例，随访5-6各月，记录患者年龄、住院时间、骨折分型、手术出血量、透视次数、愈合时间、术前术后Harris髋关节评分，并统计分析。结果：所有患者均获得临床愈合，患者平均年龄77.8岁（35-95），平均住院天数为16（5-31）天，平均手术时间为62.3（45-115）min，平均手术出血量为215.6(150-35
2、0)ml，平均透视次数6.3(5-8)次，术后愈合时间16.2(12-18)周，愈合后Harris髋关节功能平均得分88.2(75-95)分，优良率92.86%。结论：PFNA具有优势性的的生物力学特点，在疗效上具有较高的治愈率，且操作简单、创伤小、骨折固定牢固、并发症少，术后患者可早期功能锻炼，避免了卧床引起的各种并发症，适合各类型的粗隆间骨折，值得临床广泛应用。关键词PFNA；股骨骨折；临床研究Theclinicalstudyofthetreatmentofintertrochanteric
