1、同济大学硕士学位论文外商直接投资的聚集效应对我国IT产业的影响姓名：陈磊申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：陈飞翔20040212内容摘要随着经济全球化进程的加速，一国产业的成长与发展和其受外商直接投资的影响具有密切关系。作为高新技术产业领头羊的IT产业，己经成为世界各国经济发展的主要推动力和社会扩大再生产的基础，也是“我国国民经济发展的第一支柱产业”IT产业的发展关键取决于技术和资金，作为引进先进技术、资金的一种方式，外商直接投资具有周期短、风险小、见效快、债务少的特点，所以对于IT产业这样一个对技术、资金依赖程度高的行业，其发展、成熟必将在很大程度上受外商直接投资的影响。我国IT

2、产业发展所面临的现状:缺少资金，技术，没有形成完整的产业链，而这些问题由于我国目前的实际情况，无法依靠自身解决，只有通过引入FDI,山FDI的聚集效应来实现IT产业的聚集，资金的聚集，技术人才的聚集，并山此形成示范效应，更能进一步促进产业的集中度，并引入更多的FDI，由此形成一个良性循环，实现IT产业的跨越式发展。本文围绕外商直接投资的聚集效应对我国IT产业影响这一主题，展开深入探讨。重点讨论了外商直接投资的聚集效应对IT产业发展的巨大影响及实现机制。在此基础上，根据当前我国IT产业的现状，提出充分发挥FDI的聚集效应对我国IT产业的影响，规划基于聚集经济的引资政策。通过定性和定量分析，本文
