2、omesuccessfulentrepreneurs，morethanthatispassivereturnofmigrantworkers．Forthemaslongasconditionsimproved，migrantisthegeneraltrend．Thisphenomenonshowsthattherealestillsomeproblemsintheprocessoftheruralsurpluslabors’transfer．Italsoreflectssomehelplessnessandanxietyofthede

3、epgroupofmigrantworkersonthebinarysystem，anovelmodeofthelabormarketisneeded．ProblemaboutagricultureruralareasandfarmersisthecurrentofeconomicandsocialdevdopmentinChinaandproblemofmigrantworkers’isthetoppriority．Becausetheflowofmigrantworkersisnotonlythestabilityofrurala

4、ndurban，moreimportantly,itrelatestotheestablishmentofaharmonioussocietyinChinaandthegrandgoalofbuildingamoderatelyprosperoussociety．Therefore，howtounderstandthephenomenonofmigrantworkers’refluxcorrectly,andplacesitatthelargercontextofeconomicandsocialproblems，issignific

5、antfororderlyflowofmigrantworkers．Thisarticleisdividedintosixchapters．Firstchapterintroducesthebackground，thepurposeofthisthesis．thepracticalandtheoreticalsignificance．Thesecondchapterintroducestheconceptsofruralmigrantworkersandseveraltheoreticalmodels，includingtheLewi

6、smodel，FeiHan—Ranismodel，Todaromodelandthesystemofpopulationmigrationpush-pullmodel，havelaidasolidtheoreticalbasisforthefollowingin—depthresearch．Chapterinaccordancewiththewishesofthereturnofmigrantworkers，thelengthoftimeandthesizeofreturntheclassification，followedfromt
