7、量研究集中在百草枯中毒的治疗,早期预后指标的研究相对较少。预后指标的研究不仅有利于早期临床干预,同时对于患者病情发展的判断及治疗方案的确定有着重要的意义。本研究通过对急性百草枯中毒患者口服剂量、早期血药浓度、24小时内最差APACHEⅡ评分、24小时内最差氢离子浓度指数(PH值)、24小时内最差碳酸氢根离子(HCO3-)、24小时内最差白细胞计数(WBC)、24小时内最差血钾(K+)、24小时内最差血肌酐(CR)等指标与百草枯中毒患者预后进行相关性分析,为临床评估患者病情严重程度、判断预后及确定治疗方案提供参考。方法:1收集沧州市人民医院2

8、009年1月至2013年08月期间收治的急性百草枯中毒患者资料。2筛选口服中毒患者中,入院即留取血标本送北京307毒物检测中心,采用日本岛津公司LC-20AT型高效液相色谱仪,配
