1、安徽工程大学毕业设计（论文）基于SWOT分析的皖江城市带承接产业转移战略研究摘要近年来我国东、中、西部各自的生产要素优势发生了深刻变化，生产劳动密集型产品的优势要素已经由东部地区指向中西部地区，而相关产业滞留在东部地区迟迟不能转移，致使我国产业布局与优势要素分布已严重错位，阻碍了国民经济的发展。因此，区域性的产业转移和承接刻不容缓。本文将从产业转移与承接的理论出发，结合现阶段我国产业布局不平衡的现实情况，对皖江城市带承接产业转移的原因进行分析，然后运用SWOT分析法，对皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区承接产业转

2、移进行优势、劣势分析和机会、威胁分析，并基于分析结果提出相应的战略建议，最后对所给的战略建议进行实例论证。通过运用SWOT分析法，得出有关皖江城市带承接产业转移的战略建议，对我们把握示范区承接能力有着重要意义。在充分把握实际承接能力的情况下，对皖江城市带在“十二五”及“十三五”期间的加速发展有重要作用.关键词：产业转移与承接;皖江城市带；SWOT分析；战略-25-安徽工程大学毕业设计（论文）TheresearchofWan-jiangurbanbelt’sstrategicstoundertakeindus
