2、ivecoolingsystemsthatarefilfordairyvillagesinChina．BasedontheinvestigationandthespottestinsomerepresentativedairyvillagesinShandong,Henan,Hebeiprovinces，combiningtheclimateinJinanShandong,experimentsuponshadeclothandsprinklingwerecarriedout．Thetestresultsindicatedthatthebamandtheshadehavesignific

3、anteffectsondecreasingsolarradiationandgroundtemperature．Theaverageradiationtemperatureis3．4degreesinthebarnlessthanthatoftheoutside．Theaveragetemperatureinthebarnisfarlowerthanthatoftheoutsideindaytime，howevertheaverageTHIinthebarnis81．5±1．2indaytime，itleadsdairycowstosevernheatstress．Highpercen

6、ction．Keywords：Dairyvillage，Heatstress,Shade，Sprinkling．II．1．1课题研究背景和意义第一章绪论近几年来，我国政府出台了一系列奶业扶持政策。如农业部发布的《奶业优势区域发展规划》，科技部实施的“十五”奶业重大科技专项等，为我国近年来奶业高速增长营造了良好的政策环境；同时，市场对奶产品需求的增长，促进了我国奶业持续快速发展。2004年，我国奶类总产量2368．4万t，同上年相比增长28．1％；2004年末我国奶牛存栏1108万头，同上年相比增长24．1孵“。虽然我国奶类总产量和奶牛存栏数增长很快，但是，我国人均年消费乳制品数量和奶牛的

7、单产水平远低于国外发达国家水平。2004年，我国人均年消费乳制品18k窖，而世界平均水平为98kg，我国不足世界平均水平的五分之一；我国除一些国有大型奶牛场奶牛单产水平接近国外发达国家水平，奶牛养殖小区和农户散养形式成母牛单产远低于发达国家水平。据统计，2004年，我国成母牛年平均单产为3643kg，而目前世界平均水平为5500kg，发达国家远高于6000kg，如美国为8400kg，加拿大为6935虹，日本为7447kgt“。我国由
