2、架设该桥墩顶区钢箱梁。为达到支架活动变位操作简单、变形过程顺利,变形及承重状态安全,在桥塔墩项区设置三角形活动支架,利用液压控制系统,通过上、下滑块实现支架变位;在其他墩顶区设置活动跳板梁,通过卷扬机和2套滑车纽实现支架变位。为方便桥塔区架梁吊机转移,设置了1个长17m、高3.4m的架梁吊机底座。墩项区梁段架设时,依次起吊梁段并顶推滑移到位,辅助墩及过渡墩顶梁段采用悬臂拼装方式安装。关键词:斜拉桥;钢梁;箱形梁;活动支架;桥梁架设;施X-方案中图分类号:U448.27;U445.4文献标志码:AE
