2、组,除正常空白组和壳聚糖对照组外其他各组均采用高能量饮食4周后加小剂量一次性腹腔注射STZ的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型;每组大鼠在注射STZ后每2周1次尾静脉取血测空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和三酰甘油(TG)的含量。结果采用高能量饮食加STZ所诱发的2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和TG明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或0.01),壳聚糖可降低2型糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖、血清胆固醇和TG浓度,与模型组同期比较有明显改善(P<0.05或0.01),接近药物治疗组(P均>0.05);而壳聚糖对正常大鼠血糖无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论2
