4、understood,andtherearenoconsistentoperationstandards.Thetechnicalprocessandcontent,operatingessentialsandtheiradvantagesanddis-advantagesoftwokindsofintensiveripeningofbroodstock,Litopenaeusvannameiwassumma-rizedandtheproblemspresentintheintensiveripeningprocessofbroodstockw
5、asproposed,basedonsomeexperienceofengaginginstudyingonthereproductiveecologyofshrimpbroods-tockandaquacultureproductionactivitiesforyears,investigationsofcurrentLitopenaeusvan-nameinaupliushatcheryindustry.Theproblemsarepresentinfourparts:1)howtoimprovetherateofmating;2)naup
6、liihavenotmetamorphosisandhavemetamorphosiswithoutsynchroniza-tion;3)ovariandevelopmentdifferencesbetweenfemaleshrimpindividualinbroodstockrepro-ductivepopulation;4)theinfluenceofbroodstockconsecutivespawns(spawningorder)intheintensiveripeningconditionsoneggqualityandlarvaeq
