2、ucationforthefutureclinicalpractice.Method:Atotalof96patientswithpsoriasisvulgariswererandomlycollectedfromtheoutpatientandinpatientdermatologicaldepartmentofSichuanProvincialHospitalofTCMfromDecember2013toMarch2014.Patientsreceivedassessmentusingquestionnairesincludingge

3、neralinformation,theFive-PatternPersonalityscale,TCMsyndrometype,PsoriasisstagingandPASI.Excluding12invalidquestionnaires,statisticsfromother86caseswereadoptedforadvancedanalyzingusingsoftwareSPSSv19.00.Result:1.ComparedwiththeNationalnormofsouth-westpopulation,psoriasisv

4、ulgarispatientsgotlowerscoresinTaiyangandTaiyindimensionsandhigherscoresinadjustedYang-yinratio.2.MalepatientsscoredhigherthanfemalepatientsinYinyang-Pinghedimension,suggestingthatmalepatientsgetbetterbalancedinpersonalitythanthatoffemalepatients.3.GoupsamongTCMSyndromedi

5、fferentiations,psoriasicstaging,PASIlevelsarenotstatisticallydifferentinfive-patternpersonalityinpatientswithpsoriasisvulgaris.4.ThescoresinShaoyindimensionamongdifferentgroupsoftheonsetageweresignificantlydifferent(P<0.01).Thereexistsalowdegreeofpositivecorrelation(r=0.3

6、68)betweenShaoyinpersonalityscoreandtheonsetageofpsoriasis.5.PatientsinitiallyonsetedinsummerscoredsignificantlyhigherinShaoyangdimensionthanthoseinwinter.TheyalsoscoredhigherinYangandadjustedYang-Yinratio,alongwithalowerscoreinYinthanthoseinitiallyonsetedinwinter,suggest
