3、vers.Ingeneral,thelinearapproximationapproachismorerobustandfasterthanseveralofthecommercialnonlinearsolvers.Forthenonlinearsolvers,thedefaultparametersareused.Theaccuracyofthenonlinearsolversishigherwhentheoptimalsolutionisfound.Onseveralstartingpoints,thenonlinearsolversfailedtoco

4、nvergeorcontainedpositiverelaxationvariablesabovethethresholdvalue.Wefindthattheflatstartissuperiortotheaverageoftherandomstarts.Theiterativelinearprogramapproximationismorerobustandconsistentacrossstartingpoints.Theiterativelinearprogramapproachfindsanearfeasiblenearoptimalinalmost
