3、esarefunctionalizedwithbiomoleculeswhereasthehydrogelmaterialprovidesaninertandbiocompatiblebackground.Thistechnologyprovidescontroloverflowconditions,channelcurvatureandbiomoleculedensityonthechannelsurface.Itcanbeappliedforbiophysicalstudiesofcell-surfaceinteractionsmimicking,fo

4、rexample,leukocyteinteractionswiththeendotheliallininginsmallvessels.10Introductionmajorchallenge.Especiallyforbiologicalapplications,cova-lentandsite-directedimmobilizationofbiomoleculesisdesir-Overthepastdecade,microfluidicshasbecomeavaluabletoolforable.Closelyrelatedtosurfacefu
