6、ies.However,theinstabilityofliposomelimitsitsdevelopmentinapplication.Inthisstudy,thechitosanwasusedtoprotectthestructurestabilityofphospholipidbilayerofcurcuminliposomeandcontrolthesustainedreleaserateofcurcuminfurther.Thetemperaturestabilityandphasetransitionwerestudiedbydifferen

7、tialscanningcalorimetry.Whencurcuminmoleculewasembeddedinphospholipidbilayer,thepre-transitiontemperature(50.40℃)andmainphasetransitiontemperature(61.47℃)decreasedabout10℃comparedtoitwithoutcurcumin,andphospholipidbilayerfluiditywasincreased.Thepre-transitiontemperaturewasdisappear
