5、lyorderedamaximumHertzcontactstressofupto1.1GPa.Thisisthefirstinstancelowshearstrengthlamellarsurfacefilmstoachievelowfrictionandhighofanall-metallicmaterialexhibitingaspecificwearrateontheorderofwearresistance[9,15]andcanonlyaccom-10−9mm3N−1m−1,comparabletodiamond-likecarbon(DLC)
