1、美国NAPA公司的发展模式研究摘要本文首先分析了当前国内外汽车零部件产业的发展现状，指出，尽管国内外汽车零部件产业的发展近年来取得了很好的效果，但国际市场占有率和市场份额的主要进口国是非常低的，也可以从行业指数看，国内国外汽车零部件行业仍处于竞争状态。同时，对国内外汽车零部件产业发展的主要因素进行了分析，分别从生产要素、汽车零部件行业需求因素、相关产业要素和汽车零部件业务条件的四块，以及国内外汽车零部件产业面临的机遇和国家产业政策和家另一方面，国外汽车零部件行业的工资成本低的优势，但生产效率低；研发投入少，自主创新能力，在OE
2、M的依赖性比较大；国内汽车产量快速增长，2006已成为世界第三大石油生产国，NAT技术的发展国际品牌汽车零部件工业发展很快，在国内外找到一个难得的发展机遇，如优缺点。总之，国内外汽车零部件行业取得了长足的进步，但仍处于发展的初级阶段，在国内外市场上还没有形成强大的产业发展优势。最后，在上述分析的基础上，对国内外汽车零部件行业的发展优势、国内外汽车零部件行业发展的各种因素的影响进行了分析，探讨了汽车零部件开发的前景和发展模式。关键词：汽车配件；发展前景；市场分析AbstractThispaperfirstanalyzesthes
