3、ciesresultedfromdifferentcallyrepresentativeprimarycorecollectionof3,024ricecauses.Indica,undertropical-likeorlowland-likeenvi-landracesinChina,weanalyzedthegeneticstructureandronments,exhibitedcleardifferentiationamongseasonalintraspecificdifferentiationofO.sativa,and

4、thedirectionalecotypes,butnotamongsoil-wateryecotypes;andjapon-evolutionofSSR.Thegeneticstructurewasinvestigatedicashowedcleardifferencesbetweensoilwaterregimebymodel-basedstructureanalysisandconstructionofecotypes,butnotamongseasonalecotypes.Chinesecul-neighbor-joini

5、ngphylogenetictree.Comparisonbetweentivatedricetookonevidentdirectionalevolutioningeneticstructureandpredefinedpopulationsaccordingtomicrosatelliteallelesizeatseveralaspects,suchassub-Ting’staxonomicsystemrevealedahierarchicalgeneticspeciesandgeographicalpopulations.Ja
