5、nter-populationgeneticdiversityofF.imperialis.Availableonline9March2012140genotypes,belongingtosevenpopulations,werestudiedusingsixrandomprimers,sixISSRprimersandfiveAFLPprimercombinations,toinvestigatethegeneticstructureKeywords:betweenpopulations.Percentageo

6、fpolymorphicloci,estimatedusingNei’sgeneticFritillariaimperialisdiversityindexandShannon’sinformationindexrevealedlowormoderatelevelsofGeneticdiversitygeneticvariationswithineachF.imperialispopulation.Similarly,themeancoefficientofMolecularmarkerAFLPgenediffer

7、entiationbetweenpopulations(Gst)forRAPD,ISSRandAFLPwere0.415,0.47ISSRand0.63respectively,indicatingthat58.5%,52.3%and36.1%ofgeneticdiversityresidedRAPDwithinthepopulation.AMOVAindicatedthatvariationamongpopulationswashigherthanthosewithinF.imperialispopulatio

8、ns.Geneflowwas0.70,0.54and0.29fromRAPD,ISSRandAFLPmarkeranalysisrespectivelyindicatingthattherewaslimitedgeneflowamongthepopulations.ResultsshowedthatAFLPisthebestmarkerforinvestigatingtheg
