3、edofastructuresofbobbinaresufferedinthedeformationsuchasbendingbox,reel-bobbinandreel-stand.Thebox,reel-bobbinandreel-standorbucklingbehaviormodesbytheimpactwiththegroundunderthearemadebycorrugatedcardboard,HIPS(7~10wt%lowerrubberdroptestconditions.Thedeform

6、orrelatedFiniteElementmodel(FEmodel).UsingtheestablishedFEmodel,wecarriedouttheimpactanalysisofthebobbin’sstructuretomaximizetheratiooftheabsorptionofimpactenergyvs.weight.FlatseparatorFinally,itwasachievedtoreducethedevelopmentcostandtimeTwistedbasedonthean
