4、cked.Inourproposedscheme,increasesthenumberofgrouphandovers.Andgiventhatuserstopreventtheseproblemsofagrouphandover,eachuserwhichinthetacticalwirelesssystemswillmovefastercomparedtoparticipatesinthegrouphandover,optimallyselectsanaccessusersincommercialwirelesssystems,whichalsoincreasespoint(AP)base

5、dontheremainingresourcesoftheAP,andthenumberofgrouphandoversandtheproblemofthegroupeachuserinitiatesahandoverafteradjusteddelaytopreventhandoverbecomesmoretroublesome.networkcongestion.TofindanoptimalAPselectionstrategy,weformulateanoptimizationproblemwhoseobjectiveistominimizeThemajorityofpreviouswo
