3、rhighqualityisconstantlyincreasing.andHuluwhichdistributesoveronebillionvideospermonth.Fur-Inthiscontext,itiscrucialforcontentproviderstounderstandifthermore,NetflixreportsthatvideodistributionovertheInternetisandhowvideoqualityaffectsuserengagementandhowtobestsignifi
4、cantlycheaperthanmailingDVDs[7].investtheirresourcestooptimizevideoquality.ThispaperisaAsvideodistributionovertheInternetgoesmainstreamanditfirststeptowardsaddressingthesequestions.Weuseauniqueisincreasinglyconsumedonbiggerscreens,users’expectationsfordatasetthatspan
