3、oductiveemployeesthroughgraduateincentives.Thisarticleevaluatestheadverseimpactsoflaborlawsthatrestrictthisflexibility,suchastheSeveranceIndemnityFund(FGTS)fineandthepriornoticeofterminationofemployment,inordertofindouthowmuchtheemployeeaddsvaluetothecompanyand,consequently,toitssalary.Usingthi

4、smethodology,thisstudyalsoevaluates,fromtheemployeesperspective,therelevanceandvaluemaximizationofthecompany'sfinancialsupportprogramsforemployeestakinggraduatecourses・Resultsshowthatseverancecostsreducethenetvalueoftheemployeetotheemploye匚Shouldthesecostsbedisconsideredandthebenefitinvaluetran
