3、ngCiacts,theyarealwaysdifficulttouproot,whichmeanstemporarysolution.ThispaperaimstohackletheunderlyingproblemofPengCiactssystematically.Bymeansofin-depthstudyofPengCi,classificationanalysis,legalregulationanalysis,etc.toseekthebestwaytoregulateandremedythiskindofactfun
