1、中文摘要口的:通过分析屮药复方“新加忒蓉菟丝丸”化裁治疗卵巢早衰患者的屮医证候积分及患者血清激素水平的变化，总结其临床疗效，为以补肾气为主论治卵巢早衰提供临床治疗学上的依据。方法:收集吴克明教授采用中药复方新加从蓉菟丝丸连续治疗3个月的卵巢早衰患者的门诊病历30例，按中医辨证为肾气亏虚证。分析和记录患者治疗前后妇科主症及全身证候的改善情况，采用电化学发光免疫法检测患者血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平，对所得数据资料运用spssl6.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:30例

2、卵巢早衰患者在门诊经过连续治疗3个月的屮医药治疗，再停药观察随访3个月，结果痊愈9例，好转11例，无效10例。治愈率为30%,好转率为37%,总有效率67%；患者治疗后血清雌二醇(EJ水平均明显升高、卵泡刺激素(FS1I)、黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显下降，与治疗前比较，其差异均有显著性统计学意义(PV0.05),治疗后20例患者的肾气亏虚的妇科主症及全身证候积分明显下降，与治疗前比较，其差异均有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论:中药新加欢蓉菟丝丸对改善卵巢早衰患者血清激素水平及肾气亏虚的妇科主
