3、nceptsofgeneralequilibriumintheeconomywithgoodsandfinancialassetsmarkets,aswellasmeansandendsofmonetary,fiscalandredistributionpolicies.ItdealswiththestabilisationpolicyproblemsinastandardIS-LM-ASframeworkleavingmicroeconomicfoundationsofconsumption,investment,moneydemandetc.functionsas

4、wellaslong-runissuesforthethird-yearcourse.ItalsoassessestheeffectivenessofstabilizationandredistributionpoliciesintheopeneconomysetupbyutilisingtheIS・LM-BPmodelwithfullandnocapitalmobilityanddifferentexchangerateregimes.PrerequisitesForstudyingthecoursetheknowledgeofAPTlevelofEconomics
