1、ABSTRACTPayforperformanceisanimportantpartofhumanresourcemanagement.However,alargenumberofstudieshaveshownthatmanyofthecurrentpayforperformancesystemaredificulttoplaytheroleofemployeemotivation.Althoughthecauseoffailureorineficiencypaymanyfactors,butthepaysystemonlythroughtheinfl

2、uenceofemployeeattitudesandfeelingscanultimatelyaffecttheirbehavior,sowecanlearnfromadeeperlevelofperformancepaysystem-perceptionsofpayforperformance.Organizationalcitizenshipbehaviorisanimportantincentiveeffectofpayforperformance,anditalsoreflects'thespecificdemandfromthisera.Ra

3、pidtechnologicaldevelopment,globalcompetitionwillbeplacedinarapidlychanginganduncertainbusinessenvironment,inthiscontext,iftheworkbehaviorofemployeesislimitedtoanarrowrangeofresponsibilities,itcan'tadapttothechangingexternalenvironment.Therelationbetweenperceptionsofpayforperform

4、anceandorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviornotonlyhasimportanttheoreticalsignificance,butalsohasimportantpracticalimplicationsfororganizationalcitizenshipbehavior.Thispapercollectsdatathroughthewayofquestionnairesurveytounderstandemployees'perceptionsofpayforperformance.ItusesSPSSfo

5、rstatisticalanalysis,betweenperceptionsofpayforperformance,organizationalidentificationandorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorusingSPSSsoftware.Thefourthpartistheresearchconclusionandsuggestion:thispartofissummarizedaccordedtotheresultsoftheempiricalanalysis,andpointsoutthelimitatio

6、nsofthisstudyandfutureprospects.Throughthedescriptivestatisticalanalysisofthosethreevariables,thefinancialindustryemployees'degreeofperceptionsofpayforperformanceandorganizationalidentificationishigh.Thedemographicvariablesforperceptionsofpayforperformance,organizationalidentific

7、ationandorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviordoesnotexistsignificantinfluence.Thecorrelationanalysisandregression,analysisshowedthat,therewasapositivecorrelationbetweenperceptionsofpayforperformanceandorganizationalidentity;thereisapositivecorrelationbetweenperceptionsofpayforperform
