1、中文摘要中文摘要目前国内民航市场飞速发展,航空公司之间的竞争也是日益激烈。在挑战与机遇并存的环境下,航空公司为了提高自身竞争力,越来越重视员工培训。而地面服务作为航空运输的重要环节之一,这部分员工的培训也逐渐得到了更多重视。科学合理的培训体系是培训效果的有力保证,对提升地面服务员工素质、增强企业核心竞争力有重要意义。本论文在研究培训和培训体系的定义、作用、重要意义及相关理论的基础上,运用文献研究法、实地调查法等研究方法,全面分析了A航空公司地面服务员工培训体系现状和存在的问题,以及导致这些问题的原因。最后,从培训的组织基础、培训管理体系、培训课程体系、培训实施体系和学习型组织构建五个方面,
